Pay: $20-$21 Full Time, Mon-Fri

We are seeking a Full Time Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform essential clerical and administrative functions that provide support to both the Office Manager and Paralegal/Legal Secretary. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and comfortable working in a legal environment.

Responsibilities
  • Draft correspondence and other formal documents
  • Schedule medical/legal evaluations and maintain appointment calendars and databases
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with monthly client invoicing
  • Pull and organize client files as needed
  • Match incoming mail to the appropriate files and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Track and manage monthly diary/calendar pulls
  • Process incoming office emails, including confidential medical reports, documents, and inquiries
  • Update files with current documentation and maintain accurate case records
  • Sort, index, and organize records for efficient retrieval
  • Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of master case information
  • Obtain and subpoena medical and other records as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and medical information
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Paralegal/Legal Secretary as needed
Qualifications
  • 2 years previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
