Job Description:

The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations while supporting facilities management and administrative functions in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is responsible for coordinating office moves and workplace projects, managing vendors and office logistics, maintaining supplies and facilities, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate has experience balancing office administration, facilities coordination, and executive support, with exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure the workplace runs efficiently.
  • Coordinate office moves, renovations, and workplace reconfigurations from planning through execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, movers, maintenance providers, and office vendors.
  • Coordinate furniture deliveries, office equipment installations, and workspace setup.
  • Catalog office inventory, maintain supply levels, and oversee ordering of office supplies and equipment.
  • Create seating charts, workstation assignments, and office floor plans as needed.
  • Coordinate packing, labeling, storage, and organization of office materials during relocations.
  • Manage document retention, shredding services, and records organization.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate office repairs.
  • Support onboarding by preparing workstations, office access, and employee welcome materials.
