USESI is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Transportation Administrator to support our team at our Kearny, NJ location.
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Applying operational changes to orders
Monthly DOT mileage reporting
Reviewing daily driver alerts and reporting findings to the Transportation Manager
Ordering of supplies
Provide general administrative support to the transportation team as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative or transportation/logistics experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
