Job description

Full Time Office Administrator / Office Manager

AVID Energy Solutions is immediately seeking a Full Time Office Administrator / Office Manager to join our team in Methuen, MA and start a career helping customers with energy efficiency and utility cost savings. This is a full-time role at AVID Energy Solutions with an opportunity to become full time and a clear path for growth.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work 7am to 5pm daily and additional hours as required
  • Overseeing general office operation
  • Greeting visitors and candidates
  • Answer all incoming sales, service, and vendor phone calls
  • Purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory
  • Supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity
  • Provide administrative support in lead generation, customer loyalty, accounting, daily office procedures, etc
  • Coordinate with the installation crews and service department
  • Manage customer mailings, incoming mail, and email
  • Manage calendar of events
  • Update and manage various reports and programs (sales, phone, loyalty, etc.)
  • Good work ethic, can-do attitude, and do the right thing even when no one is watching
  • Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous office administration experience preferred
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems preferably Salesforce
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solver and systematic in approach
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Have active license with no / minimal driving infractions
  • Consent to a CORI background check and drug test screening
