Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator
Bergen County, NJ | Full-Time | On-Site
Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Office Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and create a welcoming, professional workplace environment. This individual will support office operations, coordinate meetings and events, manage vendors and supplies, oversee shipping and receiving, and handle a variety of administrative projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and workplace organization
  • Coordinate office supplies, kitchen inventory, and common areas
  • Support meetings, calendars, conference room scheduling, and logistics
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Coordinate vendors, service providers, and office maintenance
  • Organize lunches, catering, employee events, and team activities
  • Welcome guests and ensure a positive office experience
  • Handle local errands and deliveries as needed
  • Take ownership of special projects and administrative initiatives
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of office management, administrative, or related experience
