Job description

Position Overview
The Cleaner/Runner supports daily operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment while also assisting with errands, deliveries, and general support tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash regularly
  • Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
  • Maintain cleanliness of entryways, hallways, and outdoor areas as needed
  • Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Runner / Errand Duties
  • Pick up and deliver supplies, documents, or equipment as requested
  • Assist with completing errands as assigned around the island as needed
  • Support staff with miscellaneous tasks such as organizing, stocking, or setting up work areas

General Support
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
  • Assist with light labor tasks when needed
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Follow company policies, schedules, and safety protocols

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical task
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
