Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and positive Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team in Livonia, MI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of office responsibilities and thrives in a small business environment with fewer than 50 employees.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the front door and greet visitors in a low-traffic office environment
  • Assist with general office tasks such as opening and sorting mail
  • Enter orders and perform basic computer/data entry tasks
  • Look up tracking numbers and shipment information
  • Support purchasing and vendor-related administrative tasks
This is not a public-facing retail environment, although occasional walk-in visitors may arrive.
