Job description

East Houston employer looking for a sharp entry level candidate with knowledge of word processing, excel , data entry ability to make outbound calls and receive incoming calls. Ability to multitask and effectively communicate with others as position does require to speak to walk-ins or individuals coming into office in English & Spanish language.

This position is ideal for a recent grad, as this is a supporting entry level role. This role does require to rotate on a phone schedule that requires to answer some calls after business hours or send out emails this rotation maybe one week per month with additional compensation for that week. All mileage reimbursement, trip compensation are offered.

Requirements: ideal candidate to be bilingual to answer or speak to clients in Spanish or English . Ability to make calls and answer calls, use Microsoft word, excel, with ability to multi-task.
