The Office Services Associate plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by delivering exceptional workplace services and administrative support. This position is responsible for providing back-office support, hospitality services, mail and distribution, copy and print services, records management, and general office assistance to ensure a professional, organized, and efficient work environment. Reporting to the Lead Office Services Associate or Client Relations Manager, the ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced professional office setting.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesOffice Services & Administrative Support
  • Provide daily office support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Perform copy, print, scanning, and document reproduction services with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with records management, filing, and document organization.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and replenish materials as needed.
  • Support general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Mail & Distribution Services
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Prepare overnight shipments and coordinate courier services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence.
Hospitality & Workplace Support
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Assist with conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and events.
  • Support catering requests and maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and presentation-ready.
