Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to assist and coordinate aspects of natural gas operations and back-office functions. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of operational objectives, while also managing administrative and logistical support functions.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Monitor job progress and schedule changes.
  • Manage materials inventory, including tracking quantities and types.
  • Complete and review EV worksheets for accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate operational meetings.
  • Work with operational team to address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints.
  • Oversee the preparation of as-built drawings for mainline work.
  • Monitoring operational finances - working closely with operations on projects.

Back-Office Administration:

  • Resolve fleet issues such as breakdowns, tows, and equipment changes.
  • Address HR-related matters, including staffing, performance, and compliance.
  • Coordinate IT issues, replacements, and equipment distribution.
  • Maintain and organize all project-related paperwork, including job plans and job packets.
  • Review and document daily units and revenue by crew in Excel.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in Codex entries (timesheets, leave requests, equipment logs).
  • Utilize FSM for dispatching and assigning field tasks.
  • Oversee invoicing and Comdata processes.
  • Work with BUC & BUM on monthly financials.
  • Manage purchase orders.

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and travel to meetings or job sites as needed.
