About the RoleCanon is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager - Strategic Accounts PMO, Americas to support the expansion of strategic customer programs throughout North America, Central America, and South America.   This position will play a critical role in establishing and leading a regional Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for delivering standardized project governance, execution methodologies, risk management, and reporting across Canon Strategic Accounts. The role will initially focus heavily on supporting the rapid expansion of large/medium- scale strategic customers while building the infrastructure, processes, and governance necessary to support future growth across additional strategic accounts throughout the Americas. The Project Manager will serve as the primary interface between customers, Canon business units, regional organizations, third-party vendors, and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery from concept through operational handoff.    Your Impact- PMO Development and Governance  Assist in the development and implementation of a Strategic Accounts PMO supporting North, Central, and South America.  Establish project governance standards, reporting methodologies, stage-gate reviews, and project controls.  Develop and maintain project management templates, playbooks, best practices, and standardized workflows.  Implement portfolio dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level status reporting.  Drive consistency across regional project execution methodologies. Strategic Account Project Leadership  Lead complex multi-country customer implementations, expansions, retrofits, and greenfield deployments.  Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocations.  Coordinate cross-functional teams including: Sales , Service ,  Engineering , Operations,  Supply Chain, Logistics,  Facilities, IT, Legal,Finance and  Safety  Ensure customer deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Regional Expansion Support Support strategic customer expansion initiatives across South and Central America. Coordinate project execution activities between local Canon organizations and global customer stakeholders. Facilitate market entry planning and deployment readiness activities. Support localization requirements, regulatory compliance, importation planning, and regional risk assessments. Customer Relationship Management Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers and internal stakeholders. Lead executive project reviews and steering committee meetings. Manage customer escalations and issue resolution activities. Ensure alignment between customer objectives and Canon delivery capabilities. Portfolio Management Maintain visibility into project health across the strategic account portfolio. Identify portfolio risks and resource constraints. Support long-range planning and capacity forecasting activities. Develop lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.   Success Measures On-time project delivery performance. Budget adherence across project portfolio. Customer satisfaction scores. PMO maturity and adoption metrics. Reduction in project risks and escalations. Standardization of project governance processes. Successful support of strategic account growth throughout the Americas. About You: The Skills & Expertise You BringBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience.Masters preferred  - Technical program management experience. - Advanced MS Office suite, Visio, and PowerPoint preferred. - Extensive travel may be required, up to 50% travel in multi-state sites with frequent overnight stays (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary). Preferred Experience Experience supporting large global enterprise customers. Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield deployment projects. Experience working with multinational teams across the Americas. Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs processes throughout Latin America. Experience with production print, industrial print, fulfillment, or manufacturing Languages Fluent English (Required) Fluent Portuguese (Preferred) Fluent Spanish (Preferred)   Certifications Project Management-Professional (PMP) certification required or ability to obtain with 12 months.
