Job Summary: 
Our Reconstruction Project Coordinator is a seasoned office professional who knows QuickBooks and ideally has construction/building trades experience. Responsibilities will include working with and supporting our reconstruction team including but not limited to: project administration, budget/job cost management, customer billing, and subcontractor accounts payable.
This position will serve as the administrative and financial hub "The Financial Quarterback" of our Reconstruction Division. Working closely with our Operations Manager, Project Managers, Construction Superintendents, Estimators, and the Accounting Team; daily and weekly activities will include customer invoicing, subcontractor accounts payable, budget tracking, project financial reporting, and administrative support. This role is vital to ensure reconstruction projects stay on budget, subcontractors are paid accurately, and profitability goals are achieved
Office Location: Main Street - New Albany, IN
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5:00pm
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of solid office experience (construction/building trades experience a huge plus)
  • Solid understanding of QuickBooks Online and GAAP
  • Comfort level learning new technology platforms 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge - primarily Excel spreadsheets
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Experience with contracts and scheduling
