We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected organization in Palo Alto that is looking for an Workplace Coordinator to join their team.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating exceptional workplace experiences and thrives in a role that blends office operations, facilities coordination, employee engagement, event planning, and administrative support. You'll be a key contributor in ensuring the office runs seamlessly while helping foster a welcoming and engaging environment for employees and guests.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities operations, including vendor management, maintenance, and workspace readiness.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and service providers while helping create an outstanding workplace experience.
  • Support employee onboarding, workplace readiness, wellness initiatives, and company events.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, employee engagement activities, and special events from start to finish.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and building service providers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination, office administration, employee experience, event planning, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a corporate office environment preferred.
