Job description

Accounting Team Lead-Corporate Office
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting team lead who can oversee our operations and provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and implementing efficient processes to ensure the smooth running of our office.
This is a full-time in office position is at our Resource Center in Downtown Ashland, KY.

  • Process invoices and handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with HR tasks
  • Oversee the office budget and expenses
  • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Familiarity with HR functions and practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly
