The Michael Klein Group, with Savvy Realty, a premier short-term rental real estate team operating in the Pocono Mountains, is looking for an Operations Manager to own the backbone of our business.
This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of in-office and remote work. We're looking for a strategic operator who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and partnering with ownership to scale a business poised for significant growth.
