The Michael Klein Group (Savvy STR Agents Poconos) is seeking a highly organized and proactive High-Level Executive Assistant to support the owner and leadership team in a fast-paced, growing real estate business.

This HYBRID role is ideal for someone who excels at managing priorities, streamlining operations, and anticipating needs before they arise. You'll serve as a trusted partner, helping drive efficiency across multiple business lines while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000

• Hybrid Full-Time Position: 1-2 times per week in the office in the Poconos area

$85,000 - $95,000 base salary

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive communications

• Coordinate projects, deadlines, and follow-up across multiple departments

• Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential business documents

• Improve administrative systems and workflows to increase efficiency

• Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership, clients, vendors, and team members

• 3+ years of executive assistant experience supporting executives and teams

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism

• Proficiency with multiple CRM platforms, and project management tools

• Real estate, short-term rental, or operations experience is preferred but not required
