We are seeking a highly organized and construction-savvy Office Manager to oversee daily business operations and support our field and administrative teams.
Requirements
  • Strong construction industry knowledge and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Oversee and support the bookkeeper and office assistant, ensuring accurate and timely administrative operations.
  • Manage payroll and certified payroll processes with precision and compliance.
  • Handle AIA requisitions, payment schedules, and receivables.
  • Field incoming calls from clients, addressing questions, concerns, and service needs professionally.
  • Draft proposals, prepare bid packages, and compile documentation for submission.
  • Read and interpret blueprints confidently to support estimating and project coordination.
  • Process material orders called in by site supervisors and track delivery status.
  • Communicate directly with field supervisors to convert write-ups into accurate invoices.
  • Maintain a working understanding of construction trades, terminology, and building processes.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Support general office operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and productive environment.
