Position Summary

GLMG Hotels is seeking a guest-focused and results-driven Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the front desk and guest services team. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving service excellence, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with company and brand standards.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily front office, guest service, and reservations operations.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Lead service recovery efforts and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop Guest Service Associates and Night Auditors.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and loyalty program performance.
  • Create team schedules and manage staffing levels.
  • Maintain room inventory accuracy and operational readiness.
  • Review daily reports, arrivals, departures, occupancy, and revenue performance.
  • Partner with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
  • 2–4 years of hotel front office experience required.
  • Previous supervisory or front desk leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems such as HotelKey, OnQ, FOSSE, Opera, or similar.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
