We are currently seeking an Operations Management Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The position provides junior-level executive operations support services to the PMA-262 MQ-4C Triton Program Office in a high-visibility, fast-paced acquisition environment. The Operations Management Analyst provides access-control and administrative support to Program Office operations. Working under established procedures and direction from Operations and Facilities/Security, the incumbent supports facility access control, routine office administration, task management, onboarding/offboarding, records, awards, and cross-functional coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide front-desk coverage; greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors; verify identification and access requirements; maintain visitor records; issue badges; and escort personnel when required.
  • Support established access-control and secure-area procedures, including opening/closing designated spaces, visit requests through approved systems, access updates, and reporting security or facility discrepancies.
  • Provide routine administrative support including phones, correspondence, document preparation, scheduling, conference-room coordination, data entry, and general customer service.
  • Support ETMS2 tasker distribution, tracking, and administrative follow-up.
  • Support awards and recognition activities, including information gathering, reminders, presentation/material preparation, signature routing, and All Hands support.
  • Assist with records management, PII mitigation, distribution-list and shared-site permissions, personnel rosters, C20IX updates, musters, and other recurring organizational records.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including packets/forms, access coordination, personnel records, distribution lists, seating information, and related administrative actions.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Facilities/Security, Executive Administration, and other functional teams to support daily Program Office requirements.
  • Support Program Office culture including All Hands events and large meetings, geedunk and swag activities, by assisting with planning, logistics, materials, setup/cleanup, coordination, and other administrative requirements.
  • Complete required training and perform other duties consistent with a junior Operations support role.

Required Experience:
Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions.
Allowable substitutions:
Associate's Degree and Two (2) years of additional experience
or
Four (4) years of experience with no degree.
Desired Experience:
  • Strong customer service, organization, attention to detail, discretion, and professional communication.
  • Ability to follow established security, privacy, records-management, and administrative procedures and elevate issues appropriately.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn government systems such as DISS, DTS, BASICS, ETMS2, and other Program Office tools.
  • Ability to manage recurring tasks, coordinate across functional teams, and adapt to changing priorities.

This position requires in office support.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance preferred or ability to obtain. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $39,632.19 - $59,448.28 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
