General Manager (Resident Manager) — Maui Sunset

If you love Maui, thrive on solving problems, and want to be the heartbeat of a vibrant community, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As Resident Manager, you'll run the on-site office and oversee the day-to-day operations of our AOAO — from budgets and vendor relationships to staff leadership and homeowner relations. •     5+ years leading staff — hiring, mentoring, and handling performance matters

•     Working knowledge of CC&Rs, AOAO Bylaws, and Board governance

•     Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills, and a Can-Do attitude.

•     Comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and database management

•     College degree desirable or equivalent job experience

•     Maui resident preferred

Schedule

Primarily weekdays, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Benefits

3 weeks vacation, paid sick time, health/dental coverage, housing provided (no pets). Salary to $70k commensurate with experience.
