The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors and answering phones
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments

  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
