Job Summary:ย 

The Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant. Allย 

managers should be able to perform any and all of these tasks.ย 

Supervisory Responsibilities:ย 

  • ย Hires and trains restaurant staff.
  • ย Organizes and oversees the staff schedules.
  • ย Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.ย 
  • ย Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with restaurant policy.
  • ย Will always adhere to our Leadership Guidelines.ย 

Duties/Responsibilities:ย 

  • ย Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling,ย 

and hygiene standards.

  • ย Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
  • ย Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
  • ย Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
  • ย Estimates food and beverage costs.
  • ย Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies.
  • ย Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance withย 

health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.

  • ย Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedulesย 

for service.

  • ย Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus.
  • ย Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
  • ย Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by theย 

Vice President.

  • ย Performs other duties as assigned.
