We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Office Manager to help keep our growing HVAC office organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities include managing CSR and office workflow, scheduling and customer calls, following up on jobs in ServiceTitan, invoicing and collections, submitting warranty claims, and assisting with parts ordering and inventory. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position. Pay is based on experience and skill level.
