Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Commissioning Admin / Cx Admin to support commissioning documentation, turnover packages, test records, and closeout coordination for mission-critical MEP construction work in the Boise, ID area.


Pay: $180,000-$220,000/year, based on experience

Location: Boise, ID

Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Track commissioning documentation using CxAlloy, Procore, or similar project platforms

- Maintain system turnover packages, test records, checklists, issue logs, and closeout documentation

- Coordinate documentation flow between contractors, engineers, commissioning teams, project leadership, and stakeholders

- Ensure documentation meets owner requirements, commissioning standards, project specifications, and turnover expectations

- Support final closeout, record organization, status tracking, and follow-up on missing documentation

- Help keep commissioning and turnover workflows organized, current, and audit-ready


Requirements:

- Commissioning administration, project administration, document control, construction administration, or MEP project support experience

- Experience with CxAlloy, Procore, or similar construction/commissioning documentation platforms preferred

- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and documentation discipline

- Ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, commissioning teams, and project leadership

- Comfort managing turnover packages, test records, checklists, and closeout documentation

- Mission-critical, data center, MEP, electrical, mechanical, or commissioning project experience preferred

- Ability to work in Boise-area project environments and complete any onboarding requirements
