As an Account Manager for Allison Hornback - State Farm Agent, you are a trusted partner to both our customers and our agency team. This role requires someone who is highly organized, service-focused, and capable of juggling multiple priorities. You’ll support daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, assist with claims, and act as a second set of eyes for the agent to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
This position blends administrative support with customer-facing responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others and keeping the office running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
