To thrive as an Office Manager, you need strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and experience in administrative operations, often supported by a degree in business or a related field. Familiarity with office software suites like Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and sometimes certifications such as CAP or MOS are typically required. Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills help you coordinate teams and maintain a positive office environment.
