Job description

Overview
Schedules patients for cardiac procedures, lab work, office visits. Provides transcription service to Manager, Invasive Cardiologist, and Cardiovascular Surgeon. Liaison for transfer of patients and patient information to and from other medical facilities. Receptionist for internal and external customers. Maintains patient database and filing system for cine films and patient records. Collects necessary insurance information on all assigned patients.
Qualifications
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years secretarial experience with medical transcription background. Must be familiar with medical terminology.
