The Ideal Candidate Will:

    • Demonstrate a professional, collaborative approach when working with colleagues, clients, and external professionals.
    • Maintain a client-first mindset and consistently deliver a high standard of client service.
    • Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
    • Resolve complex and nuanced client matters with accuracy, discretion, and timeliness.
    • Coordinate with financial institutions and third-party service providers to obtain account information and supporting documentation.
    • Review, interpret, and work confidently with bank statements, brokerage reports, and other financial documents.
    • Draft Probate Court forms and estate tax returns.
    • Exhibit a thoughtful and proactive work style, including the ability to listen, ask questions, analyze, and take appropriate action.
