This position offers hands-on experience in a professional office environment, where you will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the day-to-day operations of a growing commercial real estate firm. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document management.
    • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and office communications.
    • Conduct research and assist with ongoing projects.
    • Collaborate with various departments to gain exposure to office operations.
    • Shadow team members and learn about the commercial real estate industry.
  • Daily Office Maintenance
    • Answer the door and greet visitors as needed.
    • Empty and run the dishwasher, and make coffee.
    • Restock drinks and snacks in the kitchen, ensuring all supplies are kept up to date.
    • Monitor and manage office supplies (e.g., paper, copier ink, snacks, drinks) and order necessary supplies as needed with approval of the Office Manager
    • Take out the trash and replace trash bags as needed.
