  • Set and communicate clear performance expectations; conduct regular evaluations.

Guest Experience & Service Execution

  • Ensure a consistent, memorable, and high-quality dining experience.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback via surveys, reviews, and in-person interactions.
  • Lead by example with hands-on floor presence during peak periods.

Operational & Financial Performance

  • Manage all restaurant-level P&L activity, including labor, COGS, and controllables.
  • Set and achieve financial targets in partnership with area and corporate leadership.
  • Approve and manage scheduling to meet labor budgets and service standards.
  • Oversee food and beverage inventory, ordering, and waste control.
  • Ensure all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are met or exceeded.

 Brand & Business Growth

  • Execute local marketing and community engagement strategies.
  • Ensure team compliance with Party Fowl brand standards, training, and policies.
  • Partner with the home office on new initiatives, rollouts, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Proven track record of leadership, people development, and financial performance.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and labor law compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; guest- and team-focused attitude.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems, scheduling software, and financial tools.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
