We're looking for an Office Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced medical office, provides exceptional patient service, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly.


What You'll Do

As our Office Coordinator, you'll help lead front office operations by:

  • Coordinating daily office workflow with the Office Manager and Clinical Supervisor

  • Monitoring physician schedules, including overbookings, cancellations, no-shows, emergency appointments, and patient wait times

  • Creating and managing front desk staff schedules

  • Training and supporting front desk team members

  • Overseeing daily front office operations, including:

    • Patient check-in and check-out

    • Appointment scheduling

    • Medical records

    • Provider dictation support

  • Assisting with end-of-day closing, deposits, financial reports, and billing inquiries

  • Serving as the primary backup for the Surgical Secretary

  • Supporting the Office Manager with HR responsibilities, including performance reviews

  • Helping resolve patient concerns while maintaining strict confidentiality

  • Maintaining knowledge of office policies, procedures, and compliance standards
