Job description


A management company is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to perform light electrical, plumbing work along with changing fixture, painting, and general facility upkeep to get apartment ready for new tenants. This is a Monday through Friday position working 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior general building maintenance experience, must have a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs, must have own tools, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle, must be safety-conscious, and must be dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
