Job description

Responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining comprehensive records related to inventory, shipping, and receiving processes
  • Schedule Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring timely preparation and smooth execution
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of delivery processes, including timestamps, quantities, and source/destination information
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between warehouse staff, management, and external vendors
  • Inventory Management Support: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory control and assist in periodic stock checks
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and support general office organization
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Other duties assigned by the warehouse manager

Qualifications / Skills:
  • Proficiency in Office Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet usage
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams
