Job description

$35-$40k Annually Plus Monthly Incentives ($2-$3k annually)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Make calls to customers with past due balances (commercial not residential)
  • Order office supplies
  • Complete data entry and filing
  • Coordinate schedules and activities for Regional Director
  • Complete other general office duties as directed

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
