Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting office by providing administrative support, managing front desk activities, as well as payroll preparation. The position requires excellent organization skills, strong communication abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Someone with Quickbooks or payroll preparation experience is preferred. This is a part time position with some flexibility.

Sands Accounting is a local accounting firm that specializes in tax preparation for small businesses and individuals. We perform compilation and bookkeeping services for small businesses and not for profit companies. Payroll preparation for business clients. We have two locations and our team of employees are committed to assisting our clients in financial and tax reporting for themselves and their businesses.
