Como contable de cuentas por pagar será responsable de procesar todas las facturas recibidas para el pago y de realizar el pago de todos los acreedores de manera precisa, eficiente y oportuna. Generar reportes financieros y determinación de cálculos fiscales derivados del registro de las facturas, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a sus obligaciones.
Requisitos Mínimos:
  • Bachillerato en administración de empresas con concentración en contabilidad.
  • 3-5 años de experiencia en cuentas por pagar.
  • Bilingüe (inglés-español).
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Experiencia en retención de impuestos, 480 (Servicios Prof) en Suri,IVU.
  • Conocimiento sólido de los principios de contabilidad generalmente aceptados (GAAP).
  • Conocimiento de los programas Quickbook, Oracle y Microsoft Office.
  • Conocimiento relacionado a cumplimiento gubernamental.
Funciones del Puesto:
  • Coordinar el procesamiento de AP semanalmente. Recopila y controla los documentos, facturas y cuentas por pagar según requerimientos de GAAP.
  • Procesar facturas, verificar los datos financieros para su uso en el mantenimiento de registros de cuentas por pagar.
  • Proporcionar otro apoyo administrativo necesario para pagar las obligaciones de la organización.
  • Mantener registros meticulosos de las cuentas por pagar pendientes.
  • Garantizar la exactitud de los documentos financieros de una organización para fines de pago, auditoría e impuestos.
  • Practique un monitoreo efectivo para garantizar que los pagos se realicen a los proveedores de manera oportuna.
  • Preparación de pagos ACH.
  • Reunir y revisar las facturas que se completarán para el pago.
  • Conservar copias de comprobantes, facturas o correspondencia necesaria para los expedientes.
  • Obtener información y/o datos adecuados sobre el pago de facturas.
  • Verifique los archivos de proveedores para ver si hay pagos anteriores.
  • Preparar lista de antigüedad con el número de factura, la fecha, la dirección del proveedor, los montos y la codificación según las políticas y procedimientos contables.
  • Asiste en las auditorías internas y externas.
  • Asiste en la preparación de informes mensuales y de actividades financieras.
