Order Processor / General Office Assistant


We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Order Processor / General Office Assistant to support domestic order processing and day-to-day office operations. This onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes organized, communicating with customers, and helping ensure orders move smoothly from receipt through fulfillment.


The Order Processor / General Office Assistant will serve as the primary facilitator for domestic order processing while also managing incoming communications and a variety of administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate domestic customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls; call volume is generally light.
  • Monitor and manage the companyโ€™s shared/general email inbox.
  • Sort, distribute, and respond to routine customer-service inquiries.
  • Compile online orders and prepare them for fulfillment.
  • Provide customers with shipment tracking details and applicable invoices.
  • Prepare restock reports for Amazon FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS).
  • Process related Amazon FBA/WFS paperwork, shipping documentation, and labels.
  • Assist with fulfillment of direct-to-consumer online orders as needed.
  • Support product packaging, labeling, and other light operational tasks.
  • Complete miscellaneous office and administrative projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring processes accurately.
  • Customer-service mindset and confidence handling routine questions by phone and email.
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, order-management systems, and shipping portals.
  • Experience with e-commerce order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, or shipping is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite office and fulfillment-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to assist with occasional hands-on packaging and order-preparation activities.

This is a fully onsite position in the greater Warren, Michigan area.
