Our Newest Opportunity:
Location: Onsite; Greenville, SC
FLSA: Non-exempt, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Mon - Fri; 8:00am - 5:00pm (Occasional overtime may be required)
Pay: $15-$17hr (Based on experience)
The HR Admin Assistant supports the division's team through great customer service to both clients and the internal Propel HR team. Additional responsibilities include supporting a healthy team culture through fun events and recognition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answers and directs incoming phone calls from Company main line; ensures all incoming calls are answered during business hours.
  • Opens and closes the front office each day, greets visitors and distributes payroll checks as needed.
  • Uses email, fax, and payroll/HRIS system to collect and process incoming new hire onboarding paperwork for existing clients as needed.
  • Orders and replenishes office supplies for Propel HR team; adheres to budget and spending guidelines.
  • Manages office vendor relationships (cleaning service, building maintenance, parking lot, office supplier and coffee vendor).
  • Manages Company event calendar and conference room use; coordinates monthly fun events; and volunteer programs including United Way Campaign.
  • Conducts monthly client E-Verify reviews to help ensure all employees are processed through EVerify in accordance with DHS E-Verify standards.
  • Processes drug tests and background checks for new hires. 9. Opens and distributes mail to internalteam daily.
  • Supports Executive Team with event planning and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 2years Administrative/Office Experience; HR administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong computer skills with proven ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to Communicate (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
