Job DescriptionCollision Center Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Southern Team Collision Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a fast-paced position in a busy collision center, and we’re looking for someone who can stay organized, communicate well, and provide a positive experience for customers who may already be dealing with a stressful situation.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
  • Greet and check in customers for estimates and repair appointments
  • Schedule estimate appointments and repair drop-offs
  • Prepare and print repair job packets and related paperwork
  • Collect customer payments when repairs are completed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and customer information
  • Work closely with the rest of the collision center team to keep things moving efficiently
  • Help with general administrative duties as needed
