Reports to: Executive Director or Board Treasurer

Status: Part-Time (4 hours per week)

Schedule: Saturdays, 9:00 AM โ€“ 1:00 PM

Pay Rate: $12.00 โ€“ $15.00 per hour

Location: 12200 Fairhill Road, Cleveland, OH 44120

Key Responsibilities

The Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining office structure and administrative support, including:

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence (mail, email, and memos).
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating staff meetings.
  • Drafting and editing documents, reports, and invoices.
  • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
