Medical Office Administrator

We're looking for a friendly, organized Medical Office Administrator who can keep our office running smoothly while providing excellent service to patients, families, and healthcare partners.
Requirements
  • Medical office experience
  • Experience in medical coding and billing
  • Experience and proficiency medical records management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Exemplary customer service skills and work ethic that demonstrates leadership by example
  • Computer literacy and adept with MS Word and Excel
Job Duties
  • Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards
  • Scheduling
  • Medical coding and billing
  • Review treatment plans and obtain prior authorization for treatment
  • Manage the daily operations of the office
  • Track and monitor data, manage patient recordkeeping
  • Address and research patient billing inquiries and requests
Schedule
  • Monday though Friday, 8am-5pm
Rate of Pay
  • $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
