Administrative Secretary
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys helping others, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and client-focused with excellent communication skills. Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Typical hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
  • Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Maintain and organize company records and files.
  • Prepare and compose professional letters, correspondence, and emails.
  • Scan, copy, file, and upload documents into client files.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining the confidentiality and secure storage of protected information.
  • Observe and document client random urine testing according to company policies and procedures.
  • Process billing and perform basic administrative accounting tasks.
  • Create a welcoming, respectful environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Assist individuals in accessing the services they need by providing compassionate and professional support.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or secretarial experience is helpful but not required.
