About the Job

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a high-impact Service Manager to lead and grow our service operations in the Houston market. This role will own service performance, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth, while leading a team of technicians and coordinators in a fast-paced security integration environment.

This position offers the opportunity to scale a critical business unit, improve operational performance, and drive long-term customer partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

The responsibilities of this position will involve managing the service department operations to ensure customer satisfaction including business growth through marketing and customer visits.

This position is one we hold in high regard in order to provide the level of service excellence our customers expect and deserve.  Specific duties to include: 

  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Field Service Technicians and Coordinators, driving performance, productivity, and career growth.
  • Manage service contracts.
  • Establish andmaintainsubcontractor relationships around the country.
  • Partner with sales and independently drive new service contract growth through customer relationships, site visits, and identification of upsell opportunities. 
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, management or related field or relevant security industry management experience, specific to service or operations
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  • Previous supervisory/management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbalmannerto customers, vendors and to those within the company. 
  • Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers, co-workers and other personnel at all times.
