About the Role
As a Client Service Associate on the Client Services team, you will support our clients (entrepreneurs and their finance teams) by providing effective, timely assistance over live chat, phone, email, and text. - Team communication: Document and communicate ongoing issues to teammates and leadership for follow-up when needed.
- Process adherence: Follow established protocols and procedures for client service delivery.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service; financial services or startup experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
- Self-motivated with good judgment and sound decision-making, particularly during shifts with lighter on-site coverage.
- Basic understanding of finance concepts: banking, credit cards, and accounting principles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
