Job Overview
Status: Full Time (permanent) role
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for medical-surgical patients in accordance with professional standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans and monitor patient progress.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, treatments, and responses.
- Education: Provide medical instruction to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge care.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, valid RN license in Arizona, a temporary/interim license, or a compact RN licensure.
- Certifications: BLS certification is required; ACLS may be required depending on the specific unit.
- Education: Associateโs Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelorโs Degree (BSN) is preferred.
- Experience: 2โ3 years of clinical experience is preferred, though entry-level candidates may be considered for certain roles.
