Odyssey House of Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role offers a flexible, remote work setting, enabling you to manage your schedule effectively while supporting our clients from the comfort of your remote environment. Although this position is primarily remote, you will occasionally engage with school settings, ensuring clients receive the support they need in their educational environment.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, resources, and strengths.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions that align with each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for all clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community, understanding, and healing among peers.
• Employ crisis intervention strategies as necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to support client well-being.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring responsible practice and quality care.

As an LCSW at Odyssey House, you will work with a broad range of clients, from children to adults, who are navigating various mental health issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, essential for building rapport with clients and their families.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient care setting, ideally working with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated success in implementing therapeutic interventions and managing cases in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
