Odyssey House is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our Outpatient Program!
Summary: Odyssey House of Utah is a leading organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and behavioral health challenges. Our integrated approach combines evidence-based practices, clinical expertise, and a supportive environment to promote lasting recovery and overall well-being.

We are actively seeking passionate professionals to join our team at multiple locations, offering a multitude of opportunities to support adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Job Location: 6150 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts; 3 days a week, 12 to 10 pm; 1 day a week, 10 to 8 pm; work-from-home incentive earned with timely documentation.
Compensation:
  • New Therapist: Starting wage $65,000
  • Fully Licensed Therapist: $70,000
  • 5 years of Applicable Experience: $75,000

Benefits Package: Equals to approximately $22,000

  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT).
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
  • Eligible to work in the USA
