Servpro of Bordentown/Pemberton is a restoration company in the Burlington County area that takes pride in excellent customer service. We are looking for full time employees that enjoy finding fulfillment in making a difference in people's lives. Our potential employees must be tactful, effective communicators, honest, able to work effectively in a team environment, and willing to work long /odd hours.
Restoration Supervisor:

This is a full time position. This person must be a tactful, effective communicator, honest, able to work effectively in a team environment, willing to work long, odd hours and have excellent problem solving skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work odd /long hours and on weekends.
  • Must have a great attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a neat appearance.
  • Must have reliable transportation 24/7
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Explain the process and answer customer questions, as needed.
  • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
  • Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities.
  • Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
  • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
  • Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
  • Manage and control costs of production projects.
  • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
