About the Role:
We are looking for a Part-Time Delivery Driver & Odd Jobs team member to join our family owned electrical contracting company in Peabody, MA! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being a hands-on contributor to a hardworking team.ย This is a non-union position.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate company vehicles to complete local deliveries from supply houses to job sites.
  • Load and unload materials, equipment, or products with care and efficiency.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks and odd jobs as directed by management such as shop organization, basic handyman tasks and cleaning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles.
  • Follow delivery schedules and confirm accurate drop-offs.
  • Support team members with general labor, errands, and on-site tasks.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and been licensed for a minimum of 6 years.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Have knowledge of and be able to navigate the Greater Boston area.
  • Manage time appropriately, adhere to schedules, and watch for updates.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and lift and carry heavy items (50+ lbs.)
  • Comfortable performing a variety of physical, hands-on tasks and have basic handyman skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • ย Be friendly and respectful to all clients, team, and vendors. ย 
  • Have a phone that can receive texts.ย 
  • Prior delivery or general labor experience is a plus
