Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Wireless Field Technician and Coordinator provides project coordination and administrative support, including utility record research, 811 dig alert processing, tracking, and jurisdictional coordination to support CircetUSA projects. Performs field work across Southern California, conducting pole and aerial plant surveys, collecting accurate measurements and data, documenting site conditions, and completing pole loading software entries in accordance with Circet guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
PC- Project Coordination level support including but not limited to:
  1. Utility Aerial and Substructure Records -811 Dig Alert Processing/ Saving/Transmitting/Tracker Updates/Follow ups/Jurisdictional Visits for maps acquisition, and necessary task needed to achieve goals.
  2. Project Administrative work, supporting PMs, and the like to satisfy CircetUSA Customer's Projects, Policies and Requirements.

Field Technician- Responsibilities including but not limited to:
  1. Daily Travel to multiple pole/site/job locations over all over Southern CA-
  2. Surveying Pole and Related Aerial Plant per Circet Guidelines
  3. Gathering detailed data from Utility Structures.
  4. Measuring and using tools for accurate data.
  5. Requires ability to physically access poles, related structures and safe use of tools to gain measurements.
  6. Properly labeling, marking and uploading site/pole related documents.
  7. Pole Loading Software data entry

SAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adhere to, promote, and accept personal responsibility for compliance to:

Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations
Industry Consensus Standards
Circet USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual
  • Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in telecommunications, utilities, construction, surveying, or a related field is a plus, but not required
  • Prior project coordination or administrative support experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Familiarity with utility records, 811 Dig Alert processes, pole data, or aerial/underground infrastructure is a plus
  • Exposure to field survey work, site documentation, or data collection preferred
  • Ability and willingness to perform field work, including daily travel to multiple job sites and working in varying weather conditions
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry, spreadsheets, and use of project tracking systems
  • Ability to learn and safely use hand tools, measurement devices, and field equipment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license required
